| You know, guys, i have been diagnosed in november. And they draw the first set of blood dec, 2. It was CD4-481, and Viral Load - 3000. And I do not have any resistance to meds. The other set of blood was taken january, 18. I dont know the result yet. Here they want to make sure, that you get care you need. They are so positive here. They said - from our side we can promise you you are not gonna die from hiv. You can get into car accident with higher probability, but hiv is not gonna kill you. I know one woman she is 80. She has been on meds - 20 years.

Also about the cure. You know the NIH(the National Institute of Health) is the government institute. ANd they cut funds and make the order - to work on finding the cure. They do amazing job. They have some cool stuff to treat cancer. You what is funny - remember that guy Gallo - he discovered hiv. He is the head of Unstitute of Ummunology in the University of Maryland. Which is 20 mi away from DC and White House.

| Paisii, i don't take any meds yet. What is so amazing - when i have been reading that forum. I found so many ideas. You guys, you are so smart. You don't even realize how they can be accomplished here. One woman she said - if that test was a mandatory, the results would be stunning. She said, like perepis naseleniya. That is the idea i can give americans. The compulsory test with the police enforcement. If she recognized her quote, i will have to share money with her)))) My goal here is to establish non-profit organization, cos my major is political science. I want to send american dollars to russia and establish the laboratory there. I want to hire those smart people from Baumanka, MGU, Se4enovka. And give them the motivation - money and base for research. You know I think we will find the cure. What do you think?

| I think russian smarter than americans. Period. You don't know! It iis wonderful to be russian in that system. What if here the test is mandatory - that means the number of infected people is increased. And those people has to pay small amount for my laboratory in Russia. You think - eto bred kakoi-to. But it is not!!! Here it can be reality, if i want it to be.

| Of course. I am gonna go to Georgetown university in Washington DC. It is very good school for connections. DC is the capital of different nonprofits. For example, long time ago in America people drank and drove. And such non-profit as mothers against drunk drivers changed the whole system. Now you'd better not drink and drive, cos if the police catch you, it is the rest of your life. And there is no commercial on tv, people just know that. I dont drink and drive. It is the code of that society.
You know what is funny, when i talked to my amarican friend, he said why dont you start legally shaping your idea in order in the future if somebody is gonna try to still that idea, you are gonna sue them and to be rich)))

| Also i would like to add about clinical trials here. You know, then you are ready to start medications, they draw the blood and that goes no thru your insurance, but thru pharmaceuticals companies. And that blood work was 3000$ - i saw the bill. And once you start meds, you have to show up for blood tests from the beginning once in two weeks, then once in a month, then once in 3 months. They try to keep an eye on your liver and kidney function. And each time you show up you get a check on mail - i mean you get paid. I don't know how much, But anyway it is good. And of you are on trials - you have more attention to your health.
